Cool. Thanks, Amanda. I'm glad bench isn't part of the routine, as I tore my pec last year. Had surgery but I don't want to re-tear the thing. I don't think I can lift 5 days a week. Maybe I'm doing too many reps. On Saturday I squated 155 lbs. for 55 reps. Then did 185 for 35 reps, then 205 lbs. for 25 reps, and 225 lbs. for 15 reps. Now I can't walk.

Nice Amanda. Two questions if you don't mind: (1) How many times per week are you training? (2) What other lifts do you do to strengthen for your C&J's and snatches? (Perhaps bench press, chin-ups, decline sit-ups?)
Thanks!

I lift 5 days a week, 3 of those days I lift twice a day. I do not bent or do chins. Most of my lift revoloves around the lifts and variations of them. I squat 3 times a week. Leg strength is my weekness
