I have loved this song for as long as its been around and while Wilson and Hannaford's guitar 'weaving' is fantastic, I can't shake the feeling I get every time I hear it, that this song needs a third guitar....someone playing a few slide fills..and then it would be perfect. But that's just me and my opinion and nothing will stop me from singing along at the top of my voice every time it comes on the radio. A great song from a great era in Aussie music.

@terrafirma91 I dont think Stillfire are on YT. Only on the other site i mentioned. Few other OZ bands you might want to look. Cold Chisel, Matt Taylor and Chain, Dave Hole, the list goes on! Check em out Mate!

@flynnyboy100 : I'm familiar with the Easybeats. Is "Stillfire" the name of your friend's band? Are they here on YT? So much talent, yet producers are too picky on who they'll promote. I'll check out the bands you mentioned. Thanks.

@terrafirma91 Good on you Mate! Check out other Oz bands like Rose Tattoo, The Angels, Spectrum, Easybeats, Axiom, the list goes on! My mates kids band are sounding pretty good at the moment here in West Australia(Stillfire) check em out on MYSpace, Getting looked after by Jeff Martin(Tea Party etc), but so hard to go anywhere in Western Australia.

@spacemanGoldie : I had their first album, as well as a few others I knew. I even saw one of their concerts in Long Beach, Calif.
American music moguls are particular about what they'll allow the American public to listen to. It's a "controlled" entertainment system. I feel cheated knowing that so much talent from Australia, and NZ wasn't made available to us.

Saw Ross play this at the Australian Song Writers awards this week. Backing track and him playing a Les Paul Studio (I think)... he was awesome.
