it always bugged me that photoshop was almost the only program i used that did not have this rotating option. i gess it's FINALY crossed theyr mind how handy this can be! :)

To get this to work for mine because it wasn't working same issue as person below I had to update my video card drivers in the device manager then turn on CS4 go to edit>preferences>performance and tick off enabled openGL or whatever it says but you may just try the preferences 1st to see if it will work without updating your drivers, I had to it wouldn't allow me to tick it off without the new driver installed.
