Page also used special switching. Push/Pull. Neck Vol Pull= Single Coil. Neck Tone Pull controlled series for bridge. Bridge Vol Pull for Single Coil, Bridge Tone Pull for Reverse Phase.
With that configuration the pots might have been 250's but a good set of 500's will work too. He had nice mids in his sound they very well could have been 250's

He did not make those wiring changes on either his #1 or #2 Les Paul until the 80s, long after Led Zeppelin broke up; and his #1 only has 1 push/pull pot but the #2 has 4 push/pull pots and 2 switches under the pick guard.
