Yay! I couldn't start my last project in the car because I forgot my cable needle. This gives me one less needle to have to keep up with. Thanks for a clear tutorial. Tinking was finally explained too.

Tinking, eh? hehehe i've heard it also described as frogging a lot... because when you go back in your knitting, you rip it, rip it.

Ive been knitting on and of since i was 7yrs old, im now 50yrs and never attempted cableknitting, after watching your video im going to give it a try and hopefully succeed, fingers crossed, thankyou

@xXxReborn16xXx You have to cable every so many rows (always the same number). Let's say you work six rows in pattern, then you CF6. Then in another six rows you're going to have to do that again.

Mind = Blown
I almost screamed when you pulled the stitches off of the needle. I have yet to relax while knitting, my biggest fear is dropping a stitch. Will try this technique on a swatch, cross fingers!

I just want you to know how scary this video was to me. I made an audible gasp when I saw those stitches not on a needle.. I'll have to try it sometime though.
