When you arrived what did you find..You mentioned something about the 3rd floor. Was there a pot on the stove..nothing was showing that I saw.

they use them to warn people they are leaving in about 30 sec code 3 to a call and to get out of the way of their driveway.

That's axactly what it is (for those of you who may not know it's the siren with 12 "cones" going in a circle) . sounds like a 10HP. There's several around my area, mostly the 10HP and one 7.5 HP which sound at a slightly higher pitch. Awesome Q2B and Powercall audio as well.
