Iraqi Government: We Want U.S. Troops Out in 2010

they want U.S. military out by 2010 before the troops are out of iraq their citizens will be begging us to stay,but then it may be to late to comeback when the troops are gone the evil terrorists will slither back in and take control to enslave and kill the iraqis.
All that money wasted and worse all those lives iraqi and US troops were in vain...soo sad

Iraq should have no say? These are real people. We don't own Iraq. THEY own their oil & distribute the revenues (although we have set American drilling ops there). They don't owe us anything. 100,000 Iraqi civilians have died as a result of this war. And before the war we played a role in the deaths of 1 million plus Iraqis due to the sanctions. I really just don't understand how they owe us or why you think they shouldn't be a sovereign nation...maybe you should explain.

All RushL is saying is that when you conquer a territory, it's yours. The US army went in the name of "liberation" and "spreading democracy."

But, lets just say the dirty phrase that Americans don't want to say and let it sink in as the truth: "the US CONQUERED a foreign land and plan to OCCUPY it if at all possible." I just don't understand why so many Americans fail to see that.
