@wubs23 I know I'm late with the reply but if the eight count is done properly u might ruin your knees jumping up. Like he said in the video it works both your upper and lower half of your body.
you always take existing exercises and rename them into something stupid. also, you don't jump up but stand up, making it not an effective cardiovascular workout. idiot.

@MzTeeL okay. my question remains: is there any reason not to jump up in the end, as with burpees, since this makes the exercise harder?

@wubs23 No, this is called eight count...it's a exercise program practiced in the Navy...I did it in bootcamp
