Q: Can you tell me more about heidi SQL.
A: HeidiSQL (previously known as MySQL-Front) is a free, open source client for MySQL developed by German programmer Ansgar Becker who goes by the pseudonym Anse.
The releases with version numbers below 3.0 were known as MySQL-Front until 2.5. The name was switched in 2006 to HeidiSQL, as Ansgar Becker took his old sources and put them into a new open-source-project at SourceForge in April 2006. Code repository and tracker hosting were moved to Google Code in May 2008.
There was also a shareware-application called "MySQL-Front 3.0", which was developed by another developer from 2004 to 2006 and had a complete new codebase. This MySQL-Front development stopped because of trademark problems and came back in 2008 supported by active forum user community.
The team around HeidiSQL currently consists of two persons, more or less. The team-members are working on HeidiSQL in their spare time. The members are located in Germany and Denmark.

when i log in, whether i use a password or not, a message pops up and says, "SQL Error (1045): Acess denied for user 'roo'@'localhost'" guess i should have looked at the upload date of this video :(

Dont write anything as password and try again.
