If you have room beneath the house, you can automate this process with a similarly sized holding tank beneath the house ... and a holding tank in the wall/ceiling (to hold the grey water),
The water from the bath/sinks/washing machine can be pumped via small sump pump with high (approx 10') head capacity. You would need a run off container as the sinks/washing machine/tub overall capacity would be more than sufficient to sustain an avg home.
We really should help give mother nature a break.

This is completely mind boggling. Water does not just vanish when you flush the toilet or after you take a shower. Sewer or septic systems BOTH recycle the water we use in our homes. If you dont like buying city water, try a rain barrel to flush your toilet. Water is the most recycled thing on the planet, and most of it is already done by mother nature. The chance of decease... collera... ecoli... No thanks.

Why not just have an out house!!! You could excersise on the way to and from the out house, plus you would never use fresh water in your toilet...
