He is doing Dorian Yates chest routine. But, he is not performing one working set to momentarily muscular failure after warming up sets. Basically he is not or he can not going to failure. In addition, he is not squeezing the all reps, I mean, he is not pausing at the fully contracted position. Basically he is not or he can not doing static holds for each rep.
Dennis is a great bodybuilder, he deserved better in 2008 and 2009 mr. olympia. On the other hand he is not an American.
