Katze is voiced by Okiayu Ryotaro, who was also Raidiese F. Branstein in SRW OG and Alpha. Coincidentally, Elzam (Retzel) is his brother, voiced by Inada Tetsu, who also does Ezel Granada, leader of the Orchestral Army in Endless Frontier

You'll also recognize Katze's voice as the voice of Zero in Tatsunoko vs Capcom
