  • Thanks for all of this advanced stuff. Very helpful to watch you and hear your suggestions. All boils down to working on that core strength and enjoying the journey from day to day. Take care.

  • hey--my pleasure!

You totally got it--that's all it's about. Hugging your center, and expressing your heart.

    My work here is done;)

    Enjoy your Tuesday!

    Sadie

  • how difficult u find kapotasana or paschimotanasana. have u gotten adjusted in these poses? can u post them?

    thanks

  • hi--

You can find both these poses in my other videos. I find them challenging, but way more possible now than they used to be.

    xoxo

  • Thank you Sadie! I was wondering if you have any Yoga recomendations for someone with the chest condition called Pectus Excavitus ie: when your chest grows inward . Just check it out on Wikipedia and tell me what you think!

  • Hi there,

From what I can tell, unless you have a medical issue, like heart murmur or difficulty breathing, you should be fine to do a normal practice. Check with your doctor and if excercise is OK then I would certainly start a basic yoga practice including sun salutations, standing poses and floor stretches. I might watch doing too deep of backbends or rounded-back poses, like too much Crow. Keep your inner torso spacious, and go gently into twists.

Let me know how it goes!

    Sadie
