Thanks for the kind words. I have not recorded the song other than here on youtube. It was recorded by the late guitarist, Tommy Jones. I'm not sure if the cds are still available.
Tommy's version of Bill Piburn's song is absolutely wonderful. I hope you can find a copy.

That was excellent. It is interesting that Tommy Jones would rearrange a Bill Piburn guitar instrumental. Makes you wonder what he didn't like about the original arrangement.

Thanks to all. Oldwhitman, Tommy and Bill were very close friends and I'm sure he had Bill's blessing when he did the arrangement. Tommy had pretty big hands and it's possible that he used some chord positions that were different from Bill's . I had to change a few of the chords because I couldn't reach them the way Tommy voiced them.
I'm sure he loved Bill's song because he took the time to arrange it and record it twice. The last version was with
Chet playing with him.
