Video: Hoosier Park quarantine could be coming to an end

Today, an update on the 55-horse quarantine at Hoosier Park that led to two horses being taken out with fever. That quarantine may soon end. Daylight Saving Time will end Nov. 1, but some parents are upset that their children will be going to school in the dark. We’ll talk to parents, school officials and the Central Time Coalition. And the Madison County BZA will vote on a rezoning request for a charter school.
