This video, even though I can't understand what he is saying, is the most brilliant post. I was so pissed to find out I couldn't use all the tools on my CDJ1000, like the cue button with Traktor. I called Native Instruments and talked to the "resident DJ" and he said I was out of luck and that's the price you pay for using digital time code cd's, well as it turns out if you follow this video you can use all the cue and hot cue features on your cd decks.
