I'm being Sally for Halloween :D I bought some cheap blue and white face paint to mix together for the skin that will be showing but for the rest I'm using this tutorial.

This is fantastic! In England we have BARRY M white foundation could I use this as a base and then a bit of blue eyeshadow over the top? or do u recommend powder and powder work best?
