Maake one with a camera inside, but there be a out shell, that rolls, and the inner shell with the lights and camera.

You obviously know nothing about cats. They'd rather play with random trash they see on the floor than a toy actually meant for them. I'll stick to a 10 cent hairband for my cats...btw if you have $129 to spend on a ball, how about you send some money to me? I'm pretty broke right now...
