  • refreshing change from the usual barock fare; and well done....

  • Indeed, Schmelzer is not a late baroque composer...you can see clearly by the style that he is very influenced by the so called "Stilvs Fantasticvs" of the italian composers in the begining of the XVIIth century, such as Dario Castello, Fontana, etc. By the way, awesome playing!!!

  • i thought Schmelzer was from the "mid-baroque" ...belonging to composers of "Stylvs Fantasticvs" a style popular in late Renaissance to mid-baroque... :-l

  • Little known but fabulous late Baroque composer, performed brilliantly. Bravo!
