Jagex encourages its players to commit suicide and heinous crimes agaisnt others

Prove me wrong. If not by this video, then by their actions during the past years. Through their constant updating of the game, they've proven that everything will eventually get worse, and worse, and worse, and will NEVER improve. Any promises made to improve ANYTHING will be fulfilled with HALF ASSED BULL SHIT that is just absolute NONSENSE compared with what was there prior. Therefore, Jagex teaches us to just say Fuck Life, i'm killing myself before this bull shit gets any worse, and i'm taking a few other idiots with me.
and no, i'm not gunna kill myself, because in the words of my target after i killed him, I'm, "too idiot."
