When I was a kid, I was really intrigued by Frank Miller. Then I started to think that violence for the sake of violence was kind of boring.
-
@SuperWillHatch Oh, I agree. Take your Frank Miller to your local used book store and sell it. No reason to put yourself out of resources. Maybe then some kid won't waste his money paying full price.

@phiveson Alan Moore has compared himself to Frank Miller. Of course, Moore's a decent chap who will give credit where credit is due. Miller, on the other hand, can't even be bothered to mention that Wolverine series he did with Claremont....
-
@2823peyton True. I fear he'll never regain the fire of his prime.
-
@Batman8657 Too bad he hasn't put a good comic since Sin City.
-
Them 2 are the best, shame Stan hasnt done anything good in decades ( I felt bad saying that), Grank Miller and Alan Moore rock.
-
I love this guy. Anyone that pisses liberals off with such fervor is a friend of mine.
-
A genius in his field, no doubt about it. Don't agree with his worldview but that doesn't detract from his abundant talent.

@joker9494949494 Uh Batman had a respectable body count prior to Robin coming along, He knocked a crook into a vat of acid in Detective Comics # 27 kicked a crook off a building in # 28 let a criminal burn to death in # 29 broke a criminal's neck in # 30, hurled one thug against another thug's sword and knocked a villain out of a window in #35 and knocked another one into a sword in #37 And coldbloodedly executed a truck full of bad guys with a machine gun in Batman # 1.
When I was Younger, I was told that Sin City was the greatest comic book ever written.

I have never heard anyone compare Frank Miller to Alan Moore.
