@MistyAngel1990 Go to UMCP. If you go to UMBC, you'll have to deal with the only med advisor named Paula Ashby. She is inept, she power trips, and its very well known throughout the graduate students as well as undergrad that she is a moron. The chem dept in UMBC is extremely tough and the Bio classes are ok so long as you stay away from Prof, Sokolove. You'll get better grades at UMCP for sure, and much better advisement. TRUST ME.....
