  • when i bought my first step, this video was included and i was sooo lost trying to follow her! what a dvd to start with!!

  • i love those high waisted shorts. I wish that style would come back soon. I really don't think low waist is flattering for most and not too functional, the waist slips down during high intensity exercise. of course tightening the waist/hip band causes muffin top.

  • It's unbelievable how in sync they are... And it looks she doesn't get tired at all... GREAT! I'm sooooo envious...
