  • weights can make you faster

  • Look at the forearms! Yan lei is a dangerous man!

  • @jaylyn3 tnx

  • @slawamnx14 ...all you do is hit the ball any way you can and try to get it to touch the other persons wall, its up to five players and it can be 2 on 1, so if your alone and u score on 2 people you get two points, if your on the other side u get one point. but u can hit the ball in any way u want to. But look on google and try buying this ball it is the reflex ball

  • @slawamnx14 try sparring and things that work your reflexes like tennis, soccer. And I also do this, its this little ball called the reflex ball(google it) I go into like a gym(b ball)with my friends and it's like when you throw it at a wall it will bounce randomly in any direction so you work on speed and reaction time, but its this game i heard of called death ball(impossible to find on youtube) but its like you go to like a tennis court and like u can punch kick headbut ec the ball to get it to

  • very true. good vid

  • nice!

  • I train in shaolin kung fu and I do practical fitness; just a pull up bar on the wall and for the rest I use my body just like explained in this video, I'm very happy with the results and in the end it doesn't affect my speed during fighting sequences of my training.

  • OK, So, this DVD is for beginners peoples

  • you kidding me wow. I do my fair share of weight lifting and I take alot of supplements. But I figure that I am not a fighter and I have not trained in a 6 mounths. It can get difficalt to get size from starting from scrach with no weights but you will be stronger and faster if you train for your martial art,
