I wish every one all the very best ... my husband has brain damage, but is fully conscious - so not at all in the same position as your son.
I truly hope they discover how this medication works and build on it to bring about a permanent solution to your son's condition

A UK based Biotech called Regen Therapeutics has carried out a phase2a trial on Zolpidem in Coma, PVS & stroke. Their address and phone number is below. It may be worth contacting them to get your son in the next trial? I understand Wally Nell advise Regen (the Doctor from South Africa in the BBC programme). My Shocking Story "Coma Miricle on Sky is about this too.

This is wonderful. Thumbs up to Jan. My nephew, who we love so very much has been in a semi-coma for about 2 years. I would love this drug to work like this for him. We just hurt for him.
