It is bizarre and creepy that more than two full minutes of this broadcast are devoted to recounting details of the McKinley assassination in 1901. One really does have to ask why. I agree with @1916jutland.

The commentary is part of the set-up Oswaldian. Is that the same Johnsons and Connellys that helped set Jack up?

What's eerie is the news man talking about the last Presidential assassination of 1901. That's really weird. Why even mention such a thing? What is more eerie JFK would be dead just a few hours later. I've never seen or heard of a news man start talking about assassination when no one else had done it before. I think he knew what was about to happen in a few hours or heard the rumors that a assassination attempt would happen in Dallas.

Kinda eerie watching this video knowing that in a few hours he will be assassinated. He has no idea.
