Nice vid, but hasn't Requiem for a Dream been used way too much already? Also I'm not sure how well it personally fits. I hear this song, I think epic swordfights and battle, I don't think Joker vs. Batman.

I propose this song for an Inception tribute instead. It fits into that world a bit better - it's a much more (pardon the pun) dreamy song, for a dreamy atmosphere. You've got the epicness, it's not that. Just, this song doesn't fit the kind of epicness TDK has.

@ThePhantomSafetyPin I like yourcomment. For real :) But TDK has got a dark atmosphere. And Requiem for a Dream, IMHO, fits good with this atmosphere. You say "it's a dreamy song, for a dreamy atmosphere" but isn't Batman a little epic and dreamy too?

Maybe u can do a Video Answer to me with an alternative music on the movie. I'll like that :)

@MJPETTY7 Thank you very much! :) i've edited the description.. i wrote accidently "Hans Zimmer" cause the Dark Knight soundtrack is made by Hans, but not this one of my video! so i wrote the wrong author =) thanks again!

@tou65 Oh, and actually I was planning to do a more informal tribute to this film with the song Fire on the Mountain (Rob Thomas). Great song, the lyrics work well with the story, and the general feel of it works well with both the tense atmosphere of the film and the events of it.

I'm not going to kid myself, though. I'm nowhere near the level of genius Hans Zimmer has when it comes to giving a film life through music.

@tou65 Yeah, I guess so. I could see it more for Batman Begins, though. TDK just feels so... I dunno, I guess the word is "noir". More Action film/Noir film than what the song suggests. If you're really stuck on putting this song with Batman I'd go for Batman Begins, or for the Animated series. Otherwise this song works so well with Inception it's not even funny. If I had the time and didn't think WMG would murder me for it, I'd do an Inception tribute with this song myself.
