A House Is Not A Motel - Love Cover

Hello!!!!
It's been quite a long time since I uploaded the last video......
Well to be honest I have some covers ready but I really have no time to upload them.....school could not get worse!
Yes, as you can see this is no Beatles! Its the great band LOVE!!! I first listened to their music 5 days before I recorded the song! Their album 'Forever Changes' (1967)is considered to be one of the best albums of all time and I seem to agree with that!
The album impressed me so much that I have been listening to it every day and night! That's why I learned this song so easily!!!
As I said before, I have some other ready videos in my ''vault'' but I felt a strong urge to upload this one first!!!! I completed it during my breaks from studying and it was very enjoying!!!!!

[Oh yes!! As you have noticed, I bought an acoustic!!!Its an Epiphone EJ-200:) Really nice, warm tone!]

I hope that some of you know LOVE. And if you don't, well I hope that this video will get you to search them a bit;)I suggest you these songs: Alone Again Or, A House Is Not A Motel, Andmoreagain and The Red Telephone.Very Very nice songs!!!!
I am really excited that I discovered that great band!!!!!

So, to begin with, for you out there that know the song, you will see that I kinda changed it....The rythm is somewhat different, as well as the acoustic guitar....I didn't change it on purpose but I am quite satisfied with the result!!I hope you are too!!!
Tracks:
-1 vocal track
-2 guitar tracks (to get the edgy, toppy, sixties guitar sound, I used a wah-wah pedal with the heel all the way up)
-1 bass track ( no I don't have a bass. I did it with my guitar.With the tone knob all the way down and the pickup swiched to the bridge position)
-1 drum part using the synthesizer. ( The drums in that one were quite chalenging..In the original recording the drumming is so intense....!!!!! I just couldn't reproduce it...)

Woah!! I think I said enough!!!!! Ejoy!

beautiful! glad you found Forever Changes while you're still so young. i'm 44 now, and found Love in high school and listened to forever changes intensely everyday on headphones at college my first semester especially! was pivotal and life affirming for me! still is. as the title says, you set the scene.

I kinda like Four Sail.....Even though the lineup was completely altered, it has some good songs in it... I didn't know Bryan's 1st solo...it's quite difficult to find it here in Greece
