In the comments About the process of transferring security responsibility for Camp Ashraf City In the Iraqi city of Diyala which includes 3500 political refugees without a weapon of the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran opposition to the Iranian regime from responsibility for U.S. forces to other destinations,Channel Babylonian Iraqi hosted Mr.Sarmad Abdul Karim, director of the Iraqi News Agency of the French capital Paris, saying:
U.S. forces have obligations front of the international community and the United Nations and the Red Cross and Human Rights Organization,these obligations not to surrender the city of Camp Ashraf to any other party because of United States had agreed with the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran after the occupation of Iraq in 2003 to receive weapons and protecting the city were fully protected.
The United States must strengthen the protection of this city with other organizations like the United Nations and the Red Cross with ensuring access for food aid and health for them.
Iranian regime wants at transfer of security responsibility for the city of Ashraf from American troops to the Iraqi army and police,Iranian regime controlled on devices Iraqi for years ago,the city will be under threat,Iranian regime shelled the station drinking water in this city.
There are international obligations of the United States of America to protect the city humanly, politically and militarily because the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran is a legitimate political organization,These refugees, politicians and humanists.
There is support by the Iraqi and Arab tribes to protect the city of Ashraf, the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran as guests of humanists and politicians on the Iraqi people.
Attorney Mr. Hussam Al-Azzawi in the Iraqi parliament was suspended in the Iraqi Rafidain channel to transfer security responsibility for Camp Ashraf city to Iraqi forces, saying:
People's Mojahedin of Iran is a humanitarian issue, they are political refugees, after American forces entered Iraq on 9/4/2003,stripped of weapons of the People's Mojahedin of Iran during the rule of Dr. Iyad Allawi, former Iraqi Prime Minister.
Letters were sent to the Iranian government that no interference in Iranian affairs from Iraq,Iranian regime was not clear.
U.S. forces must protect the city,they are refugees, politicians and humanists,treaty are in fourth item.
Mr.Sarmad Abdul Karim said from Dinmark on this subject in the independent channel that broadcasts from Britain saying:
People Iraqi Kurdish and Arab and Turkmen will fail this subject,they will send a message to the Iraqi elections next that there is no fear or provocation,I appeal the Iraqi people in the city of Ashraf,which includes 3500 of the People's Mojahedin of Iran without a weapon guests Iraq to defend for them,there are plans coming from the Iranian regime across the border to transfer security responsibility for Camp People's Mojahedin from American troops to the Iraqi government.
Those guests in Iraq,I appeal Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki that stay away from the pressures of Iran.
