wtf  noone wants to have a guide pick them up and be up their ass the whole time, you wouldnt even be able to smoke a joint the whole time and the game ranger searches all your stuff before you load the boat. just buy some used canoes and go yourself, trust me you'll have a MUCH better time. ;)

For smooth water you say that you don't have to get up early, however, if it takes 12 hours when do you start? Also, do you have a trip going out of The Grand Canyon Park, South Rim? Are the boats motorized?
