hey, may i know how often should we take this protein meal especially for those underweight ?

@Pandodora Well it varies for everyone. It depends on your weight and on your goals. A pretty typical meal plan would likely consist of 40% Protein 40%Carbs and 20% fats per day. 1.5 grams of protein per lb. of your body weight per day.
