Since Nutirition is a such a vital aspect to any successful workout regimen I thought it was fitting to show my viewers a walk-through of a typical healthy meal in my kitchen. Hope you all try and enjoy this one.

  • @Pandodora Well it varies for everyone. It depends on your weight and on your goals. A pretty typical meal plan would likely consist of 40% Protein 40%Carbs and 20% fats per day. 1.5 grams of protein per lb. of your body weight per day.
