WOW.... Like more than five fricking hilarious moments.
-Penguin just walks up and steals the parasol in front of like 5 people and they barely even move.
-Penguin cuts open a glass case and barbra just watches him do it. I thought she was just gonna let him walk out too like the people in the first few minutes did XD
-Penguin thinks being a tax payer lets him steal stuff for some reason
-3:28 doesn't that look like guitar hero buttons?

When Barbara Gordon confronts Penguin at 2:46, the scene would had been better if Barbara had succumbed to sleeping gas from the Penguin's umbrella. While Barbara is unconcious, Penguin puts an umbrella with a bomb inside in the umbrella stand. When Batman and Robin arrive, they remove the umbrella from the stand and detonate it outside, saving not only Barbara Gordon but also the library.

@NekoValtz The MAJOR CRIME is this episode (as far as the REAL NYC would be concerned) is the fact that penguin was smoking inside a building.

6:27 - Nothing like watching two acting pros...Adam West has always said he was lucky to work with so many Hollywood legends on this show. That scene almost works like it should be on stage.

What a coincidence, I'm watching Penguins Clean Sweep right now! Damn Burgess was the best villian on this show, his Penguin was AWESOME.

He is my favorite Bat villain I think. I love them all, but Penguin and King Tut are the two that make me happiest for some reason.
