Actually...they call it make-up artistry for a reason...no two people do it the same. The concealer on the eye lid is to conceal the veins and/or any discolorations and give you a blank canvas to start your color on...the primer is to hold everything in place...but thanks for the tip ☺

you arent supposed to put concealer on your eyes, just underneath. That is what the eye primer is for. No base either on your eyes.
