It it sounds to me like dishonesty and control ruined your relationship. He should have been honest about watching porn. And you should have accepted him for who he is. Love is unconditional - not, I'll love you if you become the person I want you to be.

While I agree that 'true addiction' can be difficult. Many people think that just because a man watches porn even when his wife tells him not to, that he's addicted. That's not the definition of addiction.

Same problem here except my husband and I were married for 11 years. I ignored his porn for years and now I'm in trouble with DSS for letting this slide. Also, no matter what I tried, NOTHING worked to improve our sex life. Too much to list. I am also not a prude but have found out the hard way how destructive porn can become.
