The best techniques are the simple ones. If he is defending his face pop him in the nose. Then the nuts. Then the nose. nuts nose nuts nuts. Works for most situations. Fancy pressure points, wrist locks, etc are high on theory and are quickly forgotten in the fight.

Michael, I respect the fact that you have 30 yrs of training, i was taught to respect all martial arts, they all have merit, , you have your opinion, I am not wrong, not all techniques will work in all situations, you are not my target audience, maybe your time would be better spent putting your own videos on u tube instead of criticing mine. people can decide for themselves!

Its says right in the more info section that she has no formal training. the point is to let women know that doing anything is better then submitting to an attacker.
