Quick look at a full auto UZI parts kit.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TSuoScvNltc

This is a full auto UZI chopped down into its components without the receiver and parts needed to make it a working sub gun without the correct replacement parts and paperwork

This should make a cool conversation piece / collectible however

  • Hahaha, that is intersting. I am not surprized though. I mean, you have a track record of interesting home firearm projects.

  • @Jesses001

thanks, it was fun to make too

  • @gunwebsites Damn, I'm impressed! Not just that you pulled a McGuyver, you thought this up! Where did you get did idea? You are very resourceful.

  • @shinli00

Oh I didn't come up with the concept, lots of people wire together parts kits.. and I'm sure other people have used a can to help support it.. but it's always a case by case situation as to how the details get done

  • Is there anything you can do to retain the function (like cocking the weapon, pulling the trigger, and whatnot), perhaps using a real receiver, but still have it unable to be fired?

  • @Atreid3s

Yup, like Weaponeer said, there are dummy receivers, but I was too impatient to find one so I went this route.. plus there is no way this can fire anything, so it's safe
