The Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF) is working with patients, clinicians, and researchers to speed the development of targeted treatments for multiple myeloma. Watch this video of Ken Anderson, M.D., Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Multiple Myeloma Research Consortium (MMRC) Steering Committee Chair, highlighting the Multiple Myeloma Genomics Initiative (MMGI), which was spearheaded by the MMRF, which built the collaboration between world-class genomics centers and leading myeloma clinicians, as well as provided funding and tissue samples from the Multiple Myeloma Research Consortium (MMRC) Tissue Bank, and how it will help to accelerate personalized medicine in multiple myeloma.
