In the demo, he did have an attack and blamed the rain, but had a worse attack in the hallway after talking to the hooker. So, I would doubt it's directly caused by the rain, maybe mould and mildew tho... ;)

none of the playable characters are the origami killer quanitc dream wouldn't flip off the gamers like that and you play as the origami killer in a future dlc of heavy rain and the dad Ethan Mars blacks out sometimes because of a mix of emotional stress and the car accident in the beginning of the game

why does everyone think Scott Shelby or Ethan Mars is the Origami killer Scott is the one investigating the killings plus it is revealed he talks to the Origami killers father which does not look much older than Shelby and I highly doubt Quantic Dream would flip everybody off and say Ethan or Scott is the origami killer
