@xfrankiegirlgamerx Hope you can see it..this one is about Toulous La Trec (sp) the artist who had a accident so his legs didn't grow and his tormented life living as a alchohlic with the prositutes and dancers he painted. It is a classic.

@FireflyFanatic3 Hi, no not all the new one is a totally different movie. Nicole Kidman sings in it..I didn't really care for it and I am big movie fan. Good and bad really.

@norb1937 Yes he did. He left a suicide note that said "Dear World, I am leaving because I am bored. I feel I have lived long enough. I am leaving you with your worries in this sweet cesspool. Good luck."

Well, she is undeniably elderly, a political conservative and has used her beauty and allure to snare wealthy men and amass personal wealth. On the other hand, she was perfectly cast in this minor role playing a brainless twit and added real charm to a timeless masterpiece. Moulin Rouge would be a lesser movie without her. Judging an artist's work by their personal life would eliminate much art, though of course we may dislike whomever we please.
