Caribbean Twist with Lawson, Peas Soup N' Dough Boy, S#1, Ep#4

Hey Every One this this Peas Soup And Dough Boy. One of the most loved Bahamian dishes, that's normally made with leftover meats! This is COMFORT FOOD! Thank to Howard for making his Firekraker Chilie for us, another comfort food with easy recipes!

FOOD FACT: about a few herbs that you may like!!!!

Bay Leaves
A Clothed soaked in boiled Bay Leaves in water which placed on the chest can relive chest infections, flu, coughs and bronchitis.

Basil
The oil of Basil have antioxidants and antiviral properties and potential for use in treating Cancer.

Thyme
Thyme can be found in Listerine, medicated bandages, alcohol free hand sanitizers and effective against toenail fungi. Also infusing the herb in water can be made into a tea to help with coughs and bronchitis.
