Just a couple of tips for ya (not intended to be hurtful or overly critical) blood pressure is measured in mmHg not milliliters, did u check for edema?, always write down the VS on scrap paper/ assignment sheet as u do them rather than waiting until u leave the room, don't risk the pt's health on your memory, it's scary how easy a mistake can be made or numbers reversed, especially on a busy unit.
