This is the custom headlight bracket that I made for a 2001 Honda Shadow Ace 750. I sand casted it in aluminum using petrobond foundry sand. All that's left is a little sanding & polishing. Stay tuned ;)

That is Bad A** stuff. Very interesting to watch & you do a great job! You should start your own custom made parts business. I wonder how challenging it would be to make a set of forward controls for a motorcycle.
