Troverò mai più la gioia nel mondo intorno a me?
Devo rimanere prigioniero del mio odio,
Non sentire mai il sapore del cielo
Come facevo da bambino?


I walk a lonely road
As the roses wilt and die around me.
The breeze whispers cruelties;
I walk the single dirty path.
Will I ever again find joy in the world around me?
Must I stay a prisoner of my hate,
Never to taste the sky
Like I did as a child?
