If you've been listening to the radical right wing fringe in this country, you probably believe that healthcare reform means that illegal immigrants will get free healthcare, senior citizens will have to appear before death panels who will determine their fate, and that to pay for the new program, you'll be facing tax increases that will put all of us in the poor house. Any rational person can identify these as lies, but as polls are showing, the majority of Americans have abandoned rational thought. Mike Papantonio of Air America's Ring of Fire wades through the lies coming from the GOP and provides us with the truth about healthcare reform with Eric Boehlert, a senior fellow with Media Matters for America.

When does the government compete with private industry without cheating by using tax dollars to supplement cost?

GOP wants reform... no one is denying the need for change.
