I grew up in Chicago's WestSide during the 90s during the rundown Project eras, those were ghettos, I moved to North Minneapolis 2 years ago. Non of Minneapolis neighborhoods are that bad. Speically South Side, not bad at all.

@fagnoobs1 : Southside topped North Mpls in murders last year. Not saying that is something to be proud of, but simply saying. & if anyone thinks they're cool cos they are in gangs need to get in the real world and realise that th sh.t isn't going to get you anywhere in the long run.

I live on the South Side. North of 36th Street is a little rough, mainly at night, but south of 36th is nice. Can't even compare to the North Side. I got friends in the Jordan and Hawthorne neighborhoods of the North Side who hear gunshots three times a week. South Side is only tough if you make it that way by being stupid enough to get caught up in gangster stuff.
