  • I assume that Russia has bankruptcy laws for those people that become insolvent and can't workout a settlement.

    A loan is a contract that you obligate yourself to the terms when you sign the contract.

    Everyone has to manage their financial risk prudently.

  • I like these agencies, they do a good service, they help people escape from all the outrageous fines and fees the banks try to charge. The banks are just angry because they can't railroad people when they have an advocate on their side! I like that...

  • Just break their legs! Or take sell their sisters or daughters!
