Chances are that most of you have already seen these German made, 'caffeine energy drink' commercials, either in the form of a prank from a friend who sent you one through your e-mail ( attached with a sharp-witted message to bait your curiosity ) or, over here at YouTube.
Lord knows... I fell victim to one of these, 'screamer' commercials... and I'm not ashamed to admit that I got the livin' tar scared right the fug outta me !
It was the 'Auto' version... with a forwarding message stating that it was an unreleased, 'BMW Promo' and the production crew involved were currently, 'investigating' in what they claim appears to be, 'a ghostly image of a little girl' just moments after the car disappears behind the large bush... and that they believed she was, 'trying to say something'.
The message continued with instructions to turn up the volume because the audio was a bit distorted.
( LMFAO ) So I did... and the results led me to riffle through the Sunday papers in search of a sale for some new underpants... 'nuff said.
Yeah, I got owned...
Anyways, I hunted down these 18 to 20 second spots and assembled them in this video presentation in order to share them with anyone who cares ( or DARES ) to have a bash.
I've also included 3 K-fee parody versions following these shockers.
The clips are based on their original counterparts in order to promote their, 'lesser caffeine' products.
I grew to admire and respect these short and keen marketing pieces.
Hopefully, the viewer will immediately recognize the corelation between the visual display and the product itself.
[ Bashful Expression ]
I added an ending of my own to this video. It comes just after the credits.
It's an homage to several of my all time favourite film directors.
