its meaning is "Breathing with difficulty; gasping" if you noticed how fast paced this song is and has very short breaks it is suppose to leave you breathless. most likely he would have been breathless.
i dont know what they are saying in this song but i sure know what they are trying to say about this song with the title.
so yeah don't misinform others... :)

listen u all fans.........this song wasn't sung with a single breath.....it was meant he can't do that it would be a world record then
the song was supposed be in a low pitch and high pitch without a break so it was edited and mixed...........need proof notice the change in the pitch..........
i am a fan too and i too thought i was sung breathless.......don't be misinformed
after this song's success he did the same thing(song in a telugu movie:maha prana depam)
this time the song was for 5 min.
