10 mins. into this video and I'm starting to fall asleep! Let's be honest here, he's promoting his book in the name of "PEACE" or should it be spelled "PIECE". As in a piece of rhetoric! I'm not a hardcore meat eater, and am not an advocate of the Atkins Diet eating meat doesn't make us inhumane. Yahushua (Jesus), ate meat such as fish, lamb, as the Levitical Laws permitted. And, He isThe Word of GOD made flesh. All things were created by Him, and for him. He told Peter, "kill and eat ".

The book is great, i especially like the Objections Answered chapter--good practical advice for relating to others. I also found the research into Jesus' beliefs regarding animals and compassion to be very illuminating. Dr. Tuttle obviously is a learned scholar and is able to pull together concepts on several levels and make sometimes startling conclusions/revelations. He makes so many good arguments and backs them up with solid research without sounding too dry or academic. Highly recommended.

I can tell what he says is right on, but from working in health care I can also say that from experience the medical establishment has no desire to take people off a meat/dairy based diet.

Let's try to put things in perspective, we have more concerns about the rights of animals than the God-given rights a people. Animals are not people ! We're not stuck in Oz, Dorothy !

this is powerful, and I completely agree it is at the core of issues. When we compare the issue of animal based clothing, to animal food, you can sense the different reaction. Saying you should wear vegan clothing is a much softer issue than food. Saying you should eat food directs people to the solar plexus. This is the starting point of ISSUES! this is where we are dealing with problems, and where people are more or less taking liberties of ignorance.
