First of all, what did the man do wrong?? Second, the officer's partner who was standing around doing nothing should be fired for not helping her fellow officer. Looking at the video the man that was arrested was either homeless or a mentally ill person. Poor training.

@KiddVid No, if the officer's partner assisted in restraining (or handcuffing) the guy it would never have gone as far as it did. If the man was armed and had a weapon she would be attending her partner's funeral because she failed to act. If her partner made a bad decision and did not intervene, she failed to act. Obviously the video didn't reveal what the homeless man did wrong to warrant his arrest. Another thing, some of you need to stop associating the word arrest with "beating".

@Txpeaceofficer Police brutality is rampant in NJ. I'm disappointed to hear a TX cop supporting this behavior. I thought y'all knew better.

@KiddVid You must be brain dead. The tx guy is actually defending the man being beaten and also making an observation about the cops partner standing around instead of helping him restrain him. If I were to guess, they probably planned on beating him right before they let off their siren and the one standing around didn't want part in it or was the look out in case other officers would show up.

@Txpeaceofficer I know you made this comment a year ago but you are talking out of your ass. This guy was stopped for not zipping up his jacket, yes, not zipping up his jacket! The female pig tells him to zip up his jacket and when he doesn't comply the bitch's partner get out the car and starts beating him. The guy got a couple $100,000 settlement cause of police stupidity and evilness. This happened in Patterson, NJ one of the worst areas for police corruption in America.

The arrestee never even fought back. All that dumb ass cop had to do was put the cuffs on him. Instead, he thought he'd have some fun and hit the guy and throw him to the ground.

@truckdawg43 I am a 320 lbs longhaired biker ,they could have clubbed me like a baby seal .but I said yes sir yes mam no sir no mam .No terse words when he side I am going to have to take you in I said yes sir .I turned for him to cuff me and he said your hands dont come together dont worry about it ,and he set me in the front seat .I could be because I look like Santa Claus LOL .Just find out the facts there is always two stories .
